Cyst and lipoma excision is a day-care procedure under local anaesthesia that removes lumps under the skin — such as sebaceous cysts and fatty lipomas — completely, through a small and carefully placed incision.

Epidermoid (sebaceous) cysts and lipomas are common benign lumps under the skin. Cysts can become infected and recur unless the entire sac is removed; lipomas are soft fatty growths that may enlarge over time.

We use minimal-incision and punch techniques where possible, removing the lesion completely while keeping the scar small and placed along natural skin tension lines.

How the treatment works
